Salem’s Sona College of Technology and Vee Technologies launched ‘Corona-Scan’ and ‘Corona-Support’ apps
In response to the Covid-19 problem, engineering students from Sona College of Technology in Salem and engineers from Vee Technologies in Bengaluru, a business process management company, created the ‘Corona-Scan' and ‘Corona-Support' apps.
According to a press release from the Sona Group, the first of these, ‘Corona-Scan,' allows public health experts to map persons who are in close vicinity to a likely infected or active Corona Virus patient.
The second, ‘Corona-Support,' a comparable user app, urges the public to register voluntarily. If a person tests positive, they can provide a voluntary status update on the app, which will aid health officials and specialists in tracking the virus's spread.
The ‘Corona-Support' software is meant to be extremely useful to anyone who wants to keep the community safe from further proliferation.
