This year has been difficult for all of us, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for the people of Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, and the neighboring territories. Cyclone Nivar was forecasted to be simply a storm, but it swiftly turned into a cyclone storm, wreaking havoc on the #coastlines of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
