Afternoon, an Online English Daily, featured Chairman of The Sona Group Mr. C. Valliappa’s comment on Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (KCCI) 14th edition of Manthan, an annual business plan presentation competition for college students. This event was inaugurated by the late Ex-President of India, Dr. Abdul Kalam, in the year 2000. The aim of the event is to encourage young minds to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. The best innovative and technically feasible business proposal would be awarded a cash prize of INR 10,00,000.

Mr. C. Valliappa said that the competitions “will be a major contributor for the realization of the dream of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to transform the Indian economy into $ 5 trillion by 2025 and the efforts of Start-up India and Young India.” The media interaction of the Manthan event for 2022 was held in Sona College of Technology, Salem.
