IIT Madras and Sona Group of Institutions, a part of The Sona Group, signs MoU

IIT Madras Incubation Cell signed an MoU with Sona Group of Institutions. For various research and innovations guidance and entrepreneurship nurturing the MoU is signed between the two. The Vice Chairman of Sona Group of Institutions, Mr. Chocko Valliappa, and IIT Professor Mr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala were presiding the event.

Mr. Chocko Valliappa regarding the event says, Sona College of Technology and Thiagarajar College of Polytechnic College, parts of The Sona Group and Sona Group of Institutions, has been actively participating in various research and technological education for the past 65 years. In the same way, an MoU with IITM incubation cell would be fruitful for the students.

In the event, educated personalities, Dr. S. R. R. Senthil Kumar, Principal of Sona College; Mr. Nirmalesh, Director of Research; and Ms. Dhamaswathi Gosh, Chief Officer, IITM Entrepreneurship Skill Development were present with a few other.
