Vocational Education: Role of corporates & Best Practices

Mr. C. Valliappa, Chairman of The Sona Group, has presented at the event in the 5th plenary session, on the topic, “Vocational Education: Role of Corporates & Best Practices”.

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)’s work is aimed to promote industry-academia linkages for academia to improve in quality of human resources to the industry. CII equally focuses on school and early childhood education. The council has members from industry, academia, and government bodies to balance the outcome. The council gives strong and quality inputs and creates pilots to prove the efficacy of the initiatives.

11th CII Education Summit 2021 is a platform to normalize the disrupted education ecosystem because of the pandemic and lockdowns. The Summit highlights the changes that have been implemented in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment. It reimagines the educational spaces and discusses capacity building of the teachers.
