Mr. Chocko Valliappa, MD of The Sona Group, shares about admissions in new engineering branches in Sona College of Technology, which is published in Chemical Industry Digest.
Chemical Industry Digest published a news article, titled, “College Courses are Getting Re-aligned.” Mr. Chocko Valliappa, MD of The Sona Group, shared his experience in Sona College of Technology with new courses, which is added in the article as an expert voice.
The article states that technical colleges across India have chosen to reset their courses, close down a few branches, and open new courses as a substitute for those courses. These new engineering programs would be rising courses like AI and machine learning.
Mr. Chocko Valliappa, says that seat consumption for the conventional and core branches like civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering started diminishing. "Whereas all seats in new areas we’re providing like AI, biomedical engineering, and information science are crammed, even after chopping seat consumption in conventional branches, we’re but to fill all seats there," he says about new admissions in Sona College of Technology.
