Sona College of Technology wanted to break the paywall barrier by offering an AI-assisted open-access platform for the institution's research archives. The college ranks at the top of the most active educational institutions in the research.

Around 81% of global publishers do self-archiving in open access knowledge repositories for easy and cost-free access of knowledge by the research community. Sona College of Technology is moving towards this method.
